Luba has blue, short hair that is curly at the ends. Although it doesn’t stop there. Her hair is put in a bow shape on top of her head. She has a golden pin through the bow to get it up. With her blue hair, she has matching blue eyes. Too match she has a cyan dress that has frills on the bottom and on the top. She has a slit that goes all the way up to her thigh. Then a belt that matches that goes around her waist. She has white stockings and blue flats. She stands about 5'5’ and weighs about 130 lbs.

Personality:

Luba has a loud personality. She is energetic to the fullest and can’t stop having fun. Even when in battle she praises people by their skills and is always teaching people. She is loud, very loud and loves to have a good time. She has a very nasty humor both dirty and a little mean. Luba is kind of lewd herself. She doesn’t like clothes very much and loves to be in water. As a gym leader she is very powerful in both voice and in body. Although she loves water pokemon the most. In battle she is very teacher like. Its how she lives. She helps people out always giving them advice although slowly she gets more excited and shouts and yells. She is not a calm and collect person. Wild and free is what she really is. When passing by in town she isn’t too hard to miss. Guys flock to the gym leader because of her beauty although she finds no interest in men. This hot blooded beautiful woman doesn’t like men nor women. She actually loves water pokemon. Although her dream is to get married and have tons of children.

History:

Born and raised in an orphanage. Luba took care of the littlest child when she turned 5. She always helped the others out. Unlike the other children Luba had potential to be an Olympic athlete for swimming. Although she took up random jobs to help the orphanage stay afloat. Then at the age of 16 she left to be a pokemon trainer. Her first pokemon was a squirtle and now is her best friend in the whole world. At the age of 23 she became a gym leader and now her gym is actually an orphanage for both Pokemon and children.
